CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

- Eligible items can be returned for a refund of the merchandise value within 30 days of receiving an order. An original receipt or gift receipt is required.

Our products are delivered in:
        * Standard Shipping: 5-8 days in USA (Just only for some products have "fast shipping" sign)

NOTE: In some cases, please expect the delay 3-5 business days (Due to the COVID-19 situation) although we ship your order and provide the tracking number within 1 to 2 business days, it is the shipping carriers and the government who will decide when to deliver your order. 

WHY MY ORDER WAS DELAYED?

- Have 2 reasons for the package was delayed
         1. Weather condition: Our country, or your country, or the third country where airplane fly through was get storm, or bad weather condition. The package may be faced with delay about 3-5 business days
         2. Custom Delay: This is a rare case. Your country custom will held  the product for checking the product, quality, and certification. This process may take many days for resolving. So your package may be faced with delay about 9-12 business days.

WHY MY ORDER CAN'T TRACK AFTER 3 BUSINESS DAYS SINCE I ORDER?

- With the order can't track after 3 business days since purchase. Please contact us immediately, because it may be lost in pick-up, or many reasons that this order can't be ship. WHAT SHOULD I DO WHEN THE PRODUCT WAS INCOMPLETE/DEFECTIVE?

- If your product is defective, please take the photo and contact us immediately for replacement to contact us page or email us directly to contact@enovostore.com (including the photo for fast resolving)
